My ranking in UPTU is 13,893 in General & in girls quota it is 1,967 . Can i get a govt. college? Also tell me last year's cutoff ranking of govt. college And also suggest me some gud private colleges

sorry you cann't get any govt college by these rank because all college closed under 9000(general rank).
but you can try for some good private college:
