My ranking in UPTU is 13,893 in General & in girls quota it is 1,967 . Can i get a govt. college? Also tell me last year's cutoff ranking of govt. college

my rank in upsee 2011 is 39000 in general and in 6405 girls

By this rank you can not get any Government college.
Because the cut off marks for HBIT kanpur is 1000 for good branch and 2000 for lower branch .
For IET lucknow als closed under 2500 rank.
And for rest of govt college is under 10000 rank for lower branch.
