Unfortunately, with 163 marks in the NEET exam, you are unlikely to get admission into JB Roy State Medical College and Hospital for BAMS in the SC category. The closing NEET cutoff marks for SC category in 2021 was 40th percentile, which is equivalent to 171 marks. This means that you would need to score at least 171 marks in the NEET exam to be considered for admission into JB Roy State Medical College and Hospital for BAMS in the SC category.

However, there are other medical colleges in West Bengal that offer BAMS courses, and you may be able to get admission into one of these colleges with your NEET marks. You can check the NEET cutoff marks for other medical colleges in West Bengal to see if you are eligible for admission.

You can also consider applying for a government seat under the management quota. The management quota seats are filled through a separate counseling process, and the cutoff marks for these seats are usually lower than the cutoff marks for the merit seats.

If you are not able to get admission into a medical college in West Bengal, you may want to consider applying to medical colleges in other states. The cutoff marks for medical colleges in other states may be lower than the cutoff marks in West Bengal.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
