Yes, as far as your marks are concerned, you can certainly get admission but you need to pass the entrance test to take admission for degree courses.

I have completed Diploma in Electrical Engg. in year of
2014with 69%of marks. Now But I want to get admission into Second year of BE for this year on the basis of my final year Diploma percentage. So Can I eligible to getadmission in 2nd year? Kindly
