We want admission in BE Petroleum technology from RGIPT

Hi Dear,

Its a very nice decision of yours to take admission in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology first of all let me tell you they give B.Tech Degree and you have 2 choices because they provide two courses in B.Tech Level -

1) BTech in Petroleum Reservoir and Production Engineering (4-years full time)
2) BTech in Petroleum Refining Engineering (4-years full time)

So accordingly you can choose which course you want to apply, also the eligibility criteria will be -

1) Minimum 60% in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) in Class 12 (Copies of passing certificate and Mark sheet to be attached with the Application Receipt)

2) IIT-JEE Qualified (Common Merit List & Extended Merit List of the current year) (Copy of Admit Card to be attached along with the Application Receipt)

Selection will be based on Current year's IIT-JEE merits. Reservation as per Government of India's directive.

Fee Structure (per semester)*: Tuition fee – Rs.50,000/-
Other fee – Rs.7,000/-
Hostel and Transportation Charges– As Applicable
One time fee – Rs.6,000/- (Includes Rs. 4,000/- Refundable Security)
Students belonging to SC/ST category have to pay 50% of the Tuition fee.


Also please note that ACADEMIC SESSION COMMENCEMENT AND LAST DATE FOR FILLING UP ONLINE APPLICATION FORM AS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE ADMISSION NOTICE

i want to know about rgpits mtech petrleum engineering..i m a mechanical engineering graduate and qualified in gate 2011

Some students from Sudan are willing to take admission in RGIPT, Rai Bareily in B. Tech/M. Tech courses in Petroleum Engineering decipline. What is the criteria for admission to foreign students please?

Please give details of course wise annual fees, hostel facility etc.
