Admission procedure of B.Com in IGNOU along side Company Secretary?

I want to pursue B.Com from IGNOU. I heard that under IGNOU we can oursue Company Secretary and B.Com together. Is it true? How to get this study? What is the application procedure and cost of this twin course?
