Hello friend,
After graduation, you may apply for the Executive program of the company secretary course. This means that being a graduate, you are exempted from the Foundation Program, which is a must for candidates who have qualified +2 level of exam.
The Company Secretary course, apart from Foundation and Executive Program, comprise of Professional Program and practical training.
To enroll yourself for the program, you must apply at your nearest regional office of ICSI.

There are no particular courses to be done before pursuing company secretary course. A graduate in any discipline any enroll for the Executive program.

What would be the minimum percentage require to get admision in CS program after gradution?

Eligibility requirements CS
Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary Examination (10 + 2)
or
equivalent recognized examination are eligible to take admission in the course.

There are no restrictions on age of the candidate or marks secured in
Senior Secondary Examination.

there are 3 stage to be cleared by you
1. foundation
2.intermediate
3.final

as your graduate you need not to clear the foundation level.
