You need to appear in the entrance test conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society and after that you need to attend the online counselling done by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), along with other Govt. & Private Engineering Colleges of Haryana.

After you are done with the entrance test you need to click on the following website :
http://www.techadmissionshry.gov.in/

>> Then you need to select the course i.e. B.tech.
>> Then you need to enter your roll number of exam and password .
>> After submitting your credientials you will be able to see the colleges and lock the choice accordingly.
