IPS is Indian Police Service:

You can write the exam as you have finished your BCA degree

The eligibility are that the candidate must be a citizen of India and must have a age limit of 21-30 years with a degree from a recognized university.

yes you can give the exam of ias/ips after completing bca because for giving ias exam, the student must have done graduation in any field with at least 60% marks. the age limit for the exam is 21 to 30 years which can increase to 35 years for sc/st students.
if you are having these qualifications, then only you can give the exam.
there will be three rounds in the exam. firstly, you will have to give the preliminary exam. this exam will be of objective questions.
after qualifying in that exam, you will have to give the main exam, which will be in written form.
after passing both the exams, you will be called for the personal interview.
after passing that interview, you will become an ias officer.
the notification regarding the exam comes in the employment news.

Why you are confused ! dont worry my dear. BCA is good course in computer field and after completing this course you can do many courses at master level.

So, if you are intrested in furthur study, then you can do Master in computer means MCA. MCA is 3 year post graduate course and after completing this course
you will find good jobs in IT sector OR Software based company. So, I think MCA is the best option for you.

But if you are not intrested in MBA, then you can also do MBA course, It was 2 year Post graduate degree course and to get admission in MBA you need to crack
the CAT/MAT exmination to get admission in top B-schools. So its depends on your intrest in which course you like the most.

if its possible to relocate while the job you can opt for MBA
if its not possible to relocate while the job you can opt for MCA
you can also join as lateral entry for the technical courses and engineering courses
if you finish animation courses you will get lot of jobs in MAYA and FLASH development
