My question is regarding the D.O.B criteria set by infosys is it strictly followed i mean i have missed the stipulated DoB by a year.i have very good percentage in 10 12 and graduation its way above their requirement.Can i attend the campus interview please inform me.Thanks

Its good that you want to join in infosys.Yes the age is strictly followed.Yes you can attend campus interview and since you are confident enough that you will be eligible for the interview,i can make it out that you have done well in it.Keep it up and the age limit for appearing for is 21-30 years.Since you have completed your graduation i think you have fulfilled their requirement.You can get through.

the age limit for Infosys is between 21-30 years...if your age is between this then for sure you can apply if you really have great grades...

I am 23 now,my question was specifically about campus recruitment its on 18 of these month.I satisfy all there criteria except of D.O.B.,will I be allowed to participate?

as hou have the criteria of sitting in Infosys placements, you have no problems..
Butr age is a big factor.......
Infosis set a age limit, which is from 21 to 30....
So if your age is between that, you are eligible........

Infosys follow strict age norms .May be you can get into but once you join they strictly check all the documents and certificates .
I would advice you to go if u fit into their age eligibility .

does infy allow double droppers after 12th???

for infosys , they have no age criteria. if you are a freshers then you are ekigible.

or if you have two year gape in academic then you are eligible.

There is no age limit for placement in Infosys.

* You should have minimum 60% at 10th.
* You should have minimum 60% at 12th.
* And graduation also 60%.
* No Backlog is allowed.
* Two year gap is allowed.

So there is no age limit. No need to worry about it. Work hard and don't have backlog

infosys not only looks for your education qualification but it also looks for some other things in you such as leadership skills, personality, confidence etc. generally age limit is between 21-30 years.

Yes you are definitely eligible. Maintain your percentage in Final year too.
Criteria is 605 throughout.

He,Infosys is the private company means there are not a age limit,but for fresher company give priority to recently pass out student.But company give interview letter ,who full fills company requirement and rules,so if you have offer letter then go for it,don't think about age,because this is company's work.Best of Luck

In order to appear for Infosys campus placement..you need to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criterion :-

1) You should have 65% or above as aggregate in 10th,12th and B.Tech

2) You should be having no backlogs at the time of placement

3) You should not have a study gap of more than 1 year..

I have also attached a few aptitude and technical papers of Infosys which will help you clear the written exam..

Do make sure that you are familiar with at least one computer language..

The age limit for placement in Infosys is between 21 to 30. But Infosys not only want a good student or good qualifiaction, Infosys want a good human,good personality and excellent communication skill in english.

iam dilip. i finished SSLC in 2002 got 59.36%.and finished ITI in 2004 got 77% and worked in a private company for 6 years.
After 4 years gap i joined diploma(c.s) from 2008-2011. Now i want join B.E.
After completing B.E. am i elegible to attend the campus interview will those company offer the job for me since there is a 4 years
gap in my study and my present age is 25 years and after completing B.E my age will be 28 years.
plz help me on this i am confused.

Sir, i completed my 12th (science stream) in 2006 with 62.60% (67% in 10nt passed in 2004) and after 3 years of gap i took admission in b.tech in 2009. I did well in my 1st year and secured 68.60% but in 2nd yr due to some family problems i got year back in 2011,and also i did not gave my year back papers in 2011 as my mental state which didnt allowed me so.
This is my second year back and i am going to appear for 3rd semester reappear exams in dec.2012 as i am feeling better at the moment.
Sir i would be 27 years of age by the time i complete my b.tech. Would i be able to fullfill the eligibility criteria of companies like infosys, tcs, hcl... considering my age and year gaps before and after b.tech.

AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE THERE IS NO SUCH AGE LIMIT NEEDED . BUT STILL AGE MUST BE AROUND 21 - 28 YEARS.

THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA MUST BE FULFILLED THEN ONLY YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO GET PLACEMENT IN INFOSYS :-

MUST HAVE COMPLETED GRADUATION WITH 60 % IN SCIENCE STREAM AND ALSO MUST HAVE GOOD SCORE IN PAST EXAM AS WELL .
