What are the documents necessary at the Counselling of IIT JEE? Do I need to carry only original documents or should I keep a xerox copy of each documents? Do I need to get the xerox copies attested?

-Documents required in IIT JEE counsellling are as follows:-

:- Photo Identity Card

:- Seat allotment letter

:- Proof of Fee payment

:- DOB

:- JEE Main Admit card

:- 12th mark sheet

:-Jee main Result card

Candidates will be required to must carry these documents with them at the time of IIT JEE counselling:-

JEE Mains Admit Card and Score Card

Three Passport Size Photographs

Provisional Seat Allotment Letter

Photo Identity Card

Proof of Seat Acceptance Payment

Proof of Date of Birth

Mark Sheet of class 12th

Category Certificate( if applicable).

Following are the documents that are required for IIT JEE (now JEE Advanced) counseling process.

Along with original documents, you should also have xerox copies of them with self-attest as you would be required to submit those xerox copies for proper verification.

• Provisional JoSAA Seat Allotment Letter 2020
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate for PwD (if applicable)
• Passport (for foreign nationals) or OCI Certificate or PIO Card (if applicable)
• DS Certificate (if applicable)
• Registration cum Locked Choices for Seat Allotment
• Two Passport size photographs
• Candidate Undertaking
• Photo Identity Card (valid)
• Original JEE Advanced Admit Card 2020
• Proof of Seat Acceptance fee payment by e-challan or SBI Net banking
• Date of Birth Proof (10th Standard Mark Sheet)
• Class 12th (or equivalent) Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
• Medical Certificate
