Is All India Bar Examination required to set up own practice firm?

I have passed LLB during 2009-2012. Please, clarify whether I need to appear and qualify the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) examination in order to do practice?

Yes, you have to appear and qualify in AIBE to start practice as an Advocate.

Candidates after completion bachelor degree in law and after enrollment in any state bar council are eligible to do practice for two years but have to clear AIBE to continue your preparation.

AIBE stands for All India Bar Examination and it is conducted by Bar Council of India. For more information visit at www.allindiabarexamination.com.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
