Sorry, it is not possible to register with Bar Council of India with distance LLB course. The Bar Council of India accords no recognition for BL/LLB through distance or evening colleges for practicing as an Advocate. If you want to practice as a lawyer in India then you have to study the LLB or BL course in regular mode. So it is not possible to practice Law in abroad also without law graduation through regular mode.

Do any indian be enrolled himself with bar council of india directly after registered with state bar council?
