Sorry to say that You are not eligible for AIEEE exam because your age in now below 17 years.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AIEEE:-

1.The candidate must have passed their 10+2 examinations or its equivalent degree from a recognized board with physics ,chemistry and mathematics..

2. You must score 60% above in 12th.

If you fulfill the above criteria then you are eligible for AIEEE.

AGE CRITERIA:-

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

AIEEE EXAM SCHEDULE:-

Date of AIEEE 2012 Examination (Offline) ----- 29.04.2012

Dates of AIEEE 2012 Online Examination ----- 07-05-2012 to 26-05-2012

Last Date of receipt Application form ----- 05.01.2012

Date of dispatch of AIEEE 2012 Admit Card ----- 10.03.2012 to 31.03.2012

Declaration of AIEEE 2012 Results ----- On or before 15.06.2012

Yes,you can appear for AIEEE exam.AIEEE exam is conducted by IIT's to take qualified students for B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch/B.Plan course.

Eligibility criteria for AIEEE exam:
For B.Tech/B.E course:
You should have complete 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university.
For B.Arch/B.Plan course:
You should have complete 12th class with at least Maths as compulsory subject and should have 55% marks.
And you should have born on or after 1st Oct 1987,to eligible for both course.

As you have born 12th May 1995,you are eligible for AIEEE exam this year.

Last date to fill the application form online 31st Dec 2011.

And the application should take print out and send to aieee unit before 5th Jan 2012 to accept the application form.

Online exam will held from 7th May 2012 to 26th May 2012.
Offline exam will held on 29th April 2012 from 2PM to 5PM.

AIEEE exam results will out on 15th June 2012.And score will be dispatchers from 21st June 2012 to 5th July 2012.

AIEEE Stands for All India Engineering Entrance Examination

Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1987 are eligible.

To apply for this examination you have to complete your 12Th examination form a recognised Board, Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for AIEEE Examination. You can only fill the Application form Online, If you are Interested then please fill the online application form Soon before the last date.

After filling complete application form you have to sent the confirmation Page by Registered/Speed Post to CBSE (NOT BY COURIER) to " The Joint Secretary (AIEEE Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, IP Extension,Patparganj, Delhi 110 092" along with original Demand Draft.

Those who are eligible they should completed 12th standard for appearing AIEEE exam.

Am I eligible for AIEEE Exam being a candidate with a date of birth of 12/05/1995?

Hi friend,

The candidates passed 10+2 exam in 2010, 2011 or appearing in 10+2 in 2012 are only eligible to appear in AIEEE 2012. so, if you have passed your exam in these years , then you are eligible.

As AIEEE haven't mentioned any upper age, it has only mentioned that A candidate who born or after 1 october, 1987 are eligible. So, if you meet above criteria then you are definitely eligible.

To appear in AIEEE exam your age should not be more than 25 years for General and OBC category students.

For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years.

As your date of birth is 12/05/1995, then you are 17 years old..

So, are surely eligible to appear in AIEEE exam..

AIEEE exam is conducted for providing seats to the eligible aspirants in top colleges in India. It is conducted by the central board of secondary education.
In order to apply for the exam the aspirant should be appearing for the oncoming 12th standard exam or should have completed the higher secondary with physics, chemistry and mathematics as their subjects. The maximum age for applying for the exam is 25. The aspirant can apply upto to maximum of three times.
As you are within the age limit you can apply for the exam. The eligible aspirant can apply only online. The form is available in the official website www.aieee.nic.in. After filling the page the aspirant need to send the printout of the confirmation page along with the demand draft to
