Respected Sir/Madam, I am in my final semester of BTech course. I want to give SSC Junior Engineer exam of this year. So, am I eligible to appear for this exam of SSC? Please let me know immediately.

The eligibility criteria for SSC Junior Engineer examination is discussed as below:

1. You must have done bachelor's degree in engineering in streams like Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering.

2. Final year candidates are not eligible for SSC JE exam. Only those candidates who have done bachelor's degree can apply for the examination.

The general age criteria is 18-30 years and for some posts is 18-32 years. Upper age relaxations applicable to candidates of reserved category.
