Am I eligible to apply for Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector with 2 wheeler license being a Mechanical Engineer?

Hello everyone, I pursued my Graduation which is BTech in Mechanical Engineering. I do not have a Heavy Vehicle Licence. So, am I eligible for the post of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector? I just have two wheeler licence. Is it enough to meet the eligibility criteria?
