Sure you can apply for admission. For most institutes the requirement is minimum 50%. But they do give relaxations upto 5% to candidates from backward category. But this is mostly in Government institutes. You could try Dayalbagh university.

** Candidate must passed the graduation degree from any recognized University in India.

** Candidate complete his/her graduation degree with 50% marks.
For SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates required marks is 45% .

** No age lime required.

I am sorry to sya that you are not eligib for B,Ed exam after passing graduation with 48.67%.

For B.Ed yiu have pass graduation with minimum 50% marks.

If you want to take admission in B.Ed through distance education the you are eligible in that.
