Am I eligible for colleges in India after completing 3 years diploma from Thapathali(Nepal, TU Affiliated)?


I have recently completed three years diploma from thapathali(nepal,TU affiliated).Since I have my relatives in Silong,i want to try there.I am confused if i am eligible for it or not.Please help me.
