Am I eligible for GDC & A exam if passed B.Com in 1992? Syllabus of the exam?


Sir, i have done my B.COM in the year 1992 with pass class. Now i want to seek admission for GDC & A exam. Shall i eligible for the said exam. Please guide me about the syllabus of the exam if i am eligible. Thanks
