Am I eligible to get admission in B.Tech in Panthnagar University after scoring 52.71% in 12th


I have 52.71% in 12th and 55% in b.sc. examination,so may i eligible to get addmission b.tech in panthnagar university.
i also belong from sc cast catagory.
