Sir my pcm is 39.33% .can i take admination in be in this year?

Dear
sorry you are not eligible for b.e. this year . For B.E. You should score atleast 45% if you are of rajasthan and if you belong to other as per my view you should score 50% minimum for take admission in b.e. For more details please contact your state technical university website.

i have scored 39.333 in pcm in sc catagory can i get admission thru cet or comedk in karnataka to engineering mechanical

I have scored 43%pcmb-48 45 38 43 language-46 45 and I am 3b catagory I get admission in engineering
