No Matter Whatever May be the college you are from, IAS eligibility is always open. But i would say 23-30 age limit is the requirement most probably. IAS!! Try it with Pride and for honour.

You are eligible for UPSC examination after completing your BBA.
If you score well in UPSC you will have choice to select IAS, IPS, IFRS, IRS...

IPS is part of the Civil Services Examination and is held every year, in two parts: viz: Prelims and Mains.

The eligibility conditions state (for educational qualification) that a degree is required. Please note that it can be BA, BSc, BCom, BE, AMIE, BBA or anything as long as it is duly recognised.

So go ahead and take the first step for serving the Indian Police Force.

Yes you are eligible for IPS.

It does not matter whether its open university. The only matter is it must be a recognised university.
