If you have Completed Your Degree from the Recognised University, Then you are Eligible for Kerela Deputy Collector exams.

And your age is Between 21 to 35 years, Only then You can appear for this exams.

The selection of the Kerala PSC Deputy Collector is through preliminary examination, main written examination and interview.


Date of preliminary examination – 22/05/2011.

If you have only 45% mark , better go for LD clerk exam. That would be good for the Indian Citizens

No, you can't apply for PSC before graduation. Its necessary that you should be a graduate from any affiliated university with min. Aggregate 60%, or equivalent in any stream, to appear in PSC exams.
