The BHMS course, I guess, is of around 5-51/2 years including the compulsory internship of 1 years. Since you will be attempting the 4th year examination, you won't be considered eligible to write the examination conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission.
Candidates in the final years or awaiting their results are only eligible for the provisional admission to the entrance exam conducted by the commission.

So, in order to be eligible for the exam, you need to complete your course and be within the age limit prescribed by the commission.
The minimum eligible age is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years for the permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh. However, the maximum age limit for the administrative post is 30 years.

For further information, refer to the official website of MPPSC.
