am i eligible for writing kcet because i am from andhra pradesh ..please tell me the chances

As you are from Andhra Pradesh you can appear for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test. A student from Andhra Pradesh can surely appear for the KCET if he or she has the required eligibility. Am from andhra pradesh, I ve completed my 10th in A.P ! I want to continue my studies in karnataka n am intrested to take PCMC So am i eligible to write kcet? If i study cbse syllabus is there any problem of remaining non-local student? Is Importance given to local students?? even if i study here Is there any problem in getting seats? If i was considered as a non-local student Is there any problem of aquiring seat for kcet exam? or Is there any high Compensation to buy seat?? Am in need of answer!! please do help me in solving this problem!

KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test)

Karnataka Common Entrance Test is basically given to take admission in Colleges of the state of Karnataka.Courses in which you can take admission through this common entrance test are :-
~Engineering.
~Medical.
~Agriculture science.

Through this exam you will able to take admission in Undergraduate courses.

Basic Eligibility requirement are
~Your qualification should be Intermediate passed out in Science stream with Mathematics for taking admission in Engineering/Biology for taking admission in Medical/Agriculture science course.

~Your minimum marks in Intermediate should be 60%.

~For taking admission in Engineering course your age should not be above 22 years.

~For taking admission in Medical course your age should not be above 25 years.

Important :- A citizen of India will be eligible to appear in this exam,even if he/she is not from the state of Karnataka.

should i write both of biology & mathematics for kcet mbbs/bds entrance test.

Sorry to say that, you cannot apply for KCET examination being from another state as the eligibility criteria specify that any candidate wishes to appear for the entrance examination should have studied and passed in one or more government or government recognised institutions in the state of Karnataka for a minimum period of seven years. Therefore, if you fulfil the above mentioned criteria, you can surely apply and if not, then you cannot appear for this exam.
