TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test.
It is conducted by the state as well central governed boards to check the eligibility of candidate to teach in their schools.
TET conducted by states is commonly as same with the name of state whereas the test conducted by CBSE is known as CTET.
It is conducted twice in each year in the month of February and September.
It also does not guarantee the recruitment of candidate who qualify in the examination.
The qualified candidates will have apply for admission in the schools which announces the demand of teacher in their respective subjects.

TRB stands for Teacher Recruitment Board.
It only prepares the merit of the eligible candidate.

So, you can appear in TET and TRB examinations without any problem .
