My date of birth is 30.04.1972. Am i eligible for write the vao exam 2012?

TNPSC VAO(Village Administrative Officers) Exam :

Eligibility Criteria:

Age limit: As on 1st July 2012 age limit for General and Unreserved category candidates is 21 years to 30 years.
Candidates who are from SC, BC, MBCs, DCs, BCMs and DWs cast minimum age limit is same but maximum age limit could be 40 years.

Educational qualification: As on 9th July, 2012 applicant must have secondary school leaving certificate (SSLC) or its equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of Tamil Language required.

Am I eligible to write VAO Exam for the year being a candidate with a date of birth 29-04-1983?

Am I eligible to write VAO Exam for the year being a candidate with a date of birth 05-08-1993 ?

Am I eligible to write VAO Exam for the year being a candidate with a date of birth 01-07-1976 ?

My date of birth 06-06-1983.Am I eligible for VAO Exam?

My D.O.B is July 21st,1988. Am I eligible for Tnpsc and V.A.O exam. Could you please guide me?
