Is AMIE certificate compulsory to be eligible for AFACT?

Is it compulsory for a B.Tech graduate students to have AMIE certificate to apply for AFACT (Air Force Common Admission Test)? Or, can I apply directly?

No, AMIE is not compulsory for applying to AFCAT exam.

If you are already a B.Tech graduate, then you can directly apply for AFCAT exam (i.e. Air Force Common Admission Test).

There is no need to get AMIE certificate as it is just a B.Tech level exam that is almost equivalent to it.

Through AFCAT exam, you can join anyone of the following mentioned branches:
  • Flying Branch
  • Ground Duty (Technical)
  • Ground Duty (Non-Technical)
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
