Any chance for admission in private or government college in Kerala after scoring 16000 rank in Kerala Medical entrance and 90% marks in science and English?

I have a rank of No-16000 in Kerala medical entrance and 90% marks science and english for 12th. Any chance to get admission in pvt or gov colleges in Kerala. What will be the minimum donation, annual fee and hostel fee?.
