I was completed my 12th class with commerce + IP (informatic practices) . now I am graduate in B.Com .
I want to apply in defence .

im very much intrusted in defence feld.im also joining CDS classes also.bt im worried whether commerse grls also get job in defence or nt.so plzz sir reply me whether as a commerse grl i cn proceed my career in defence or nt

After B.Com girls candidate can apply for CDS exams.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Services. CDS exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year.

CDS notification are released in the months of August and March.
Exam is conducted in the months of February and August.

Eligibility Criteria :

AGE limits :

19-24 Years for Indian Military Academy
19-22 Years for Naval Academy
19-23 Years for Air Force Academy
19-25 Years for Officers’ Training Academy

Educational Qualification :

For IMA and OTA : Candidate must have completed graduation degree from any recognised university.

For Indian navy : Candidate must have completed graduation with physics and mathematics.

For Air Force : Candidate must have completed graduation with physics and/or mathematics.

Selection Procedure :

• Written Exam
• Interview

Candidate who passed written exam will be called for Interview and after passing Interview candidate will be shortlisted for medical.
