to complete degree on aeronautical you should go for private colleges ,
in jamshedpur there is a good college where you can complete this course.

Actually none of the NITs in India offer aeronautical engineering.you can go for some other colleges preferably some of the IITs which you can get the information over internet or you can ask me, my email id is: [email protected]

Moreover you can pursue aeronautical engineering more easily if you can afford to go abroad for yo studies.
