Admission Process in under graduation Courses in Aeronautical Engineering
Candidates who have passed their matriculation and higher secondary with aggregate of 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths separately are eligible for admission. Admission to Aeronautical Engineering course is made through an entrance test conducted by the State Universities. Apart from this, candidates who have cleared national level entrance test such as AIEEE, IIT JEE are also eligible to apply for this course. Diploma holders in aeronautical engineering are eligible to join this course through lateral entry.
Admission Process in Post Graduation Courses in Aeronautical Engineering
Candidates who have completed their graduation in Aerospace or Aeronautical subjects with a minimum of 55 % marks are eligible to apply for this course. Candidates seeking admission to the post graduate programmes in Aeronautical engineering will have to clear Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test or GATE exam. The exam tests your graduate level knowledge of Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering. Candidates who have cleared the entrance test will be allotted to the colleges according to their performance in the personal interview.
