Sir, I have completed ITI in 2016 after that I have done apprentice in Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. Now, what can I do to enhance my career? Should I study further or look for another jobs?

You have taken you internship in decent industry...it would be beneficial for you...if you to go for high...you should take time for your further study...you may complete your diploma or bachelor in technology in your field...it would enhance your skills nd profile

It is always better to complete the higher education if possible. It not only adds extra knowledge to you but also benefits for your further growth.

You can go for Diploma in polytechnic engineering. As you completed ITI you can get admission directly in 2nd year. That means you got lateral entry and can complete the course in 2 years.

Other good option is All India Trade Test: it is an another option for ITI students after the completion of ITI course is to go for AITT or All India Trade Test. The All India Trade Test is conducted by the NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training ). The exam is a skill test that certifies the ITI students. After passing AITT, students are awarded National Trade Certificate (NTC) in concerning trade by NCVT. In many engineering trades, an NTC is equivalent to diploma degree.

First, complete your graduations.
You can get better jobs after graduation OR even better jobs after doing postgraduation like UPSC exams.

you can do:
1. Polytechnic diploma (Lateral entry: Direct entry in 2nd year) - 2 years
2. B.Tech (Lateral entry: Direct entry in 2nd year) - 3 years
