What is the legal status of Singhaniya University which is in Udaipur, Rajasthan? In this university recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE? B.Ed course offered by Singhaniya University is valid or not? Is this B.Ed approved by NCTE?

B.Ed from Singhania University does not require any Approval from NCTE which is also proven in the High Court - See the Order (http://singhaniauniversity.co.in...) According to High Court and All Legal Acts
