If u have a rank of 6084 in KITEEE 2012 then you can expect to get either b.tech IT (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) or b.tech CIVIL ENGINEERING.

they have called rank upto17320 for 1st phase of counselling and last year students with 10,000 rank were admitted in IT branch

You can get CS/IT or civil for sure.
But, don't worry whatever you get... after 1 year ... you have choice to opt for other branch, iff you have good 1st year results.
