is B.Tech course from JRN Rajasthan vidhyapith university aproved in Maharastra Government ?

i am a b.tech degree holder(ECE). BUT now i want to civil engineering.
will i get direct admission in second year? n what about m.tech in civil?

I have registered Diploma in Civil Engg. from JRN Rajasthan vidhyapith university through Distance education scheme in the year 2009 and completed. Thereafter I am continuing the B.Tech course in the same university now. In the light of UGC circular No. F 27 1/2012(CPP-II) dated 27th June 2013 there is a doubt against the course. So please clarify it.
