Hello, I am a student of 11th standard studying with Commerce stream. I want t do BCA course. On the other hand I am also planning to do ICAI course. So, I just want to know that which one has better opportunity between them?

For a commerce student Institute of Chartered accountants of india offers better opportunity than BCA. BCA is purely of computer applications where one need to program the codes in various software companies and become software engineer . Although it does not require which stream one has pursued 12th like science and commerce, it does not require any pre determined knowledge. All the new things can be learnt in the course itself,But as ICAI requires pre determined knowledge of commerce subjects like accountancy , terms like liability and assets it offers a huge advantage to the commerce students and more over Chartered accountants play a huge role in any company in providing the balance sheet and analyzing the performance of companies. So in my view ICAI is best for commerce students in terms of job and also income generation.

No doubt icai is best . But for that you must have patience because this course is very difficult but not impossible.
But if you are looking for career in computer and information technology then BCA is best.

Between BCA and ICAI , ICAI offers better opportunity to commerce student. ICAI offers long range of scopes and opportunity.

B.C.A. or Bachelor of Computer Applications is an undergraduate Information Technology course. The duration of this course is three years. For this course candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognized board.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) is a under graduation level degree. The duration of the course is 3 years.
The eligibility required for studying this course is a 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% from any recognised board.

ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India) conducts entrance exam named CA CPT for studying CA course.
The basic eligibility criteria for studying CA course is a 10+2 in any stream from any recognised board.

So, based on the eligibility criteria you are eligible for studying both the courses.
Since you have studied commerce in your 12th class education it will better if you choose CA course because the subjects in CA course will be related to commerce.
If you are really passionate about studying then it will be better if you choose CA course otherwise you can choose BCA course.
The salary given for the CA candidates is high compared to BCA.
So, if you can study hard and achieve your goals then choose CA course otherwise choose BCA course.
