Being from Rajasthan can I appear for ESIC exam from other state under OBC category?

I belong to OBC category and I'm from Rajasthan but there is no seat for OBC in ESIC exam in Rajasthan. So, I have to give exam in OBC category from other state or as a general category from other state?
