Well a course is a course, whether it is done by girls or boys, it will have the same impact. Since you want something related to art, I would suggest you any of the following courses:
1)Art(Painting) courses in Art Colleges. You have graduation courses in art colleges and also master degree courses are there in the same genre. So along with pursuing something that is very creative, you can also complete your graduation and master degree.
2)Media and Mass Communication courses- Also here you have graduation courses in mass communication colleges. But this is not a degree course. Mostly you have diploma courses in mass communication. But do not worry, this is what is needed in media or television industry. So one you pass out from such a college, you can try for jobs in the media industry.
So now you decide which way you want to go. If you are more into drawing and painting, choose the former. If you are more into creative writing, then choose the later one.
