There are 2 papers in UPSC CSP exam, one is general studies which is common to
all of the students and other will be optional subjects which we have to choose. Here are the UPSC Optional subject codes - Agriculture 01 Botany 02 Chemistry.. 03 Civil Engineering 04 Commerce 05 Economics 06 Electrical Engineering 07 Geography : 08 Geology 09 Indian History 10 Law 11 Mathematics 12 Mechanical Engineering 13 Philosophy 14 Physics 15 Political Science 16 Psychology 17 Sociology 18 Zoology 19 Statistics 20 Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science 21 Public Administration 22 Medical Science 23 there are total eight papers Paper-I One of the Indian Languages to be selected by the candidate from the 22 languages included in the VIIIth Schedule to the Constitution (Qualifying Paper) 300 Marks Paper-II English (Qualifying Paper) 300 Marks Paper-III Essay [in the medium you choose] 200 Marks Papers IV & V General Studies (300 Marks for each paper) 600 Marks Papers VI, VII, VIII & IX Any two subjects (each having 2 papers) to be selected from the prescribed optional subjects (300 marks for each paper) 1200 Marks Total Marks for Written Examination 2000 Marks Interview Test [in the medium you choose] 300 Marks Grand Total 2300 Marks |

IAS- indian administrative service.
IAS- In which appointed hr done by UPSC through civil service examinition hr generally conduct one every year. Eligible any graduate and only indian 21 to 30 year. Selectio procedure 1. preliminary exam, 2. Main exam, 3. Personal interview. Main exam written by all 9 papers this choice 2 paper. List of Optional paper. Agriculture. Animal history. Anthrapology Botany. Chemistry Civil engineer Commerce Accounts Economics Geography Geology Indian history and current affair Manegiment Maths M.engineer Medical science Physics Statics Zoology Best of luck |
