There are various books available for the preparation of the AIEEE exams. As per me you can study the NCERT books. The NCERT books are helpful for you in clearing your basic concepts and provides you a platform, so that you can understand more difficult problems easily.

The AIEEE exam is conducted at the All India level. This exam is not so easy so you have to work vary hard for the preparation of your AIEEE exams. Basically in the AIEEE exam the most difficult problems that mostly the candidates faced are on probability, organic chemistry and mechanics in physics. So you have to study these topics deeply as these topics cover major portion in exam.
