you can r. s. aggarwal for the aptitude part and go for GK Publishers for the technical part

Refer this book its costs around Rs.160 but it very useful.
Guide To General Aptitude Test For NTPC, BHEL, SAIL,DRDO & Other Public Sector Exam. This is not sufficient refer some model test papers which will increase your confidance level by answering them

i want to know eligibility criteria for diploma holder ?
actually ihad god 40% in tenth standard but i get 76% in diploma from mechanical branch now i want to know iam eligible or not
