CLAT Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

~You need to be a higher secondary passed out student or its equivalent. It is important for you to score 50% of marks in aggregate.

~For SC/ST/OBC candidates or physically handicapped ones the percentage to secure is 45% of marks.

~If you are a final year student about to give the final board exam or awaiting the result of the final year exam then also you are eligible to give this exam.

~The upper age limit for this exam is 20 years. This rule is applicable for general category candidates.

~There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates. For reserved category candidates the upper age limit is 22 years.

`In order to get the application kit for this exam by spending Rs. 3000 from any branches of State Bank of India when the notifications for this exam is released.

~You can also get the application kit by sending a demand draft to the national law university in charge for conducting the exam that year. They will send you the brochure along with the form.

~For the exam stress on the following areas:- English including comprehension, General Knowledge, Elementary Mathematics, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

CLAT Eligibility Criteria:-

~CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. By giving this exam you can pursue undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law.

~14 universities participates in this examination and any of them every year conducts this exam. This year's exam got conducted this May.

~To do LLB or graduation in law you need to pass higher secondary exam or its equivalent from a recognized board.

~At 10+2 level you need to secure minimum 50% of marks at graduation level.

~For the reserved category candidates there is relaxation in percentage. SC/ST/PWD Candidates you need to get minimum 45% of marks in aggregate.

~Final year students can also apply for this exam. At the time of admission they will be asked to show the mark sheets to prove that they have passed successfully.
