Is BPP from IGNOU and 10th from a regular board are equivalent course?

What is the difference between BPP course offered by IGNOU and 10th from any regular board? Are they same? If I clear BPP then is there any requirement of clearing 10th further from a regular board?

Default Re: Is BPP from IGNOU and 10th from a regular board are equivalent course?

To IGNOU BPP (Bachelor Preparatory Programme) is not equivalent to Class 10th or Class 12th completed from a recognized board of education and therefore not valid for pursuing any higher degree course from any university.

For complete details regarding the same course, you can refer to the link http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutig...s/detail/145/2.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
