is CA better than MBA[HR] ? what are the important subjwcts/topics to prepaer for CA CPT exam? can we enter CA without giving CPT means is there any other exam to enter CA?

CA and MBA are both very good courses.CA and MBA are reputed courses.both CA and MBA has very much scope in their fields.

CA is best option for those students which are intrested in business field.you can do CA course after 12th.CA is a very reputed post.after doing CA course you will definately get a good job.so much government job are also available for CA students.private companies provide very good salary to CA students. CA students have very much demand in the market.

MBA is also a very good course. MBA is best for those students which are intrested in Administration field. for MBA you have required graduation.after graduation you can do MBA. private companies provide very good salary to HR.
For a MBA student it is very important that he should have good communication skill.communication skill are very important for a HR in any company. HR is a person which does the work of recruitment of employs and management of company so communication skill are very important for HR.
