Can 2 year diploma holder is eligible to give the LEET examination and also DTU LEET?

After 12th I got admission in Diploma lateral entry with Electrical Engineering, after completing diploma I want to take admission in B.Tech through DTU LEET or UP LEET examination. Am I eligible because they are asking for 3 year diploma course. If I'm eligible can I change my trade from electrical to computer science or mechanical engineering?
