Can B.com students come directly in Ipcc ? rule is applicable or not

IPCC is the second level of examination which is conducted for the CA course. Generally, those who have completed the CPT can only attend the IPCC exam. You can attend the CPT only after completing your 12th class. But on the other hand, if the candidates have completed the graduation, they can directly attend the IPCC exam. This is a new rule which has come about.

As per new notification now B.Com graduate need not to do CPT and he can directly register for IPCC.
