I have completed my graduation in B.Com can I apply for CDAC course. But how and which institute gives the permission to do so.

No, you cannot apply for CDAC after B.com.
Only science graduates are eligible for the course like B.Tech in any discipline or equivalent.
Other MSc in Computer Science/ IT / Electronics etc Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics etc.

No, you are not eligible to apply for CDAC after BCom.

Only BTech / BE and MCA students are eligible for CDAC.
