Can a candidate from punjab choose chandigarh as a interview centre for bank of baroda clerk recruitment?

no, you can not choose other state for interview, your state name is written in your IBPS score card, there are no chance to change state now, you will have to phase the cut-off marks of ypur state. when your turn come in your state you can apply for interview.... wait for some time......
