I am pursuing my engineering with branch computer science. I want to know whether i can apply for BSNL-TTA exam or not. I'll passout in 2011

For Physically Handicapped candidates up to 10 years and 15 years for SC / ST and 13 years for OBC candidates if they are physically handicapped.

Yes a student from computer science can also apply for the BSNL-TTA exam. The basic eligibility will be B.Tech in computer science and engineering.
So in my opinion you are eligible for applying into the BSNL-TTA exam.

The Applicant must possess, as on the closing date of receipt of BSNL TTA applications from candidates, the educational qualifications in any of the following disciplines from a recognized Institute / University :

a) Three Years Engineering Diploma in

No equivalence in the Educational qualification is provided.
